Joy is a full-time wife and mother to a twice-exceptional child. She advocates for better education, food allergy awareness, positive self-esteem and ending the mental health stigma.

To fill her little piece of spare time, she is a blogger, freelance writer, WordPress enthusiast and runs a successful yoga & art therapy business. She loves learning about the world of blogging and all that WordPress can do for the art of writing. She encourages those around her to write and tell their stories, even if they think no one is listening. Keep the art of storytelling alive.

I was born to plan & organize. I thrive on the challenge and love designing events that create opportunities for growth, as we never should stop growing! I am what some may call a dreamer. A free spirit. A collector of hobbies. I want to do and see everything I can. I am always learning, growing, failing and trying again. Just as Gloria Steinem once said, “Dreaming after all, is a form of planning”.
